Export log and export alerts
An export is launched from the list’s action bar: tick rows and Export selection (n) appears; press it and you get a menu with Excel and JSON — see Exporting your records. There is no intermediate background job you can follow, and nothing is recorded afterwards either.
Where the log will live
Section titled “Where the log will live”The trail of exports belongs to the system logs (System → Logs). In this version that module comes up empty, so today there’s nothing to look up.
What can’t be looked up today
Section titled “What can’t be looked up today”There is no screen anywhere in the navigation listing the account’s exports. That means you can’t look up:
- Who exported and when.
- Which object and how many records went out.
- The resulting file, to download it again.
What the notifications panel collects
Section titled “What the notifications panel collects”The bell icon opens a notifications panel with its own controls — Clear, Mute and Settings — and what arrives there are record events: for example, the alert that a deal was assigned to a user. There is no export-alert setting in that panel or anywhere in the navigation.
If you need a record of an export, you’ll have to note it down outside Prolibu.
The toast when it finishes
Section titled “The toast when it finishes”Once you pick the format the file downloads and a brief toast shows the result. For example, exporting one contact to Excel downloads Contact Data.xlsx and the toast reads something like “1 registros exportados · 7.7 KB”.
That toast is all that’s left. It fades on its own, it doesn’t pile up in any list, and it doesn’t reach the bell’s notifications panel. Unlike importing, which does leave one entry per upload in its own panel — see Viewing and analyzing previous imports — exporting has no panel of its own.
Frequently asked questions
No. There is no export log: not by user, not by date, not by object.

It isn't stored. If you need the file again, run the export from the list again.
